Apps: activate the “Question Paper Management System” module to enable Question Bank and Question Paper menus.
Settings → Users & Companies: open the user record and set “Access for Question Paper Management” based on the user’s role.
Create users for each access level (Author, Question Contributor, Question Reviewer, Paper Reviewer, Paper Approver, Viewer), then create employees from those users.
Question Paper Management → Question Bank: create a question, choose the Question Type, add the Question Description, and add options for MCQ/True-False.
Question review: the Question Reviewer validates the question details and clicks “Approve”.
Role-based review lifecycle
Move papers from Draft to Review, Reviewed, Approved, and Locked using controlled actions.
Versioning support
Create new versions for approved/locked papers and maintain version traceability.

Paper workflow: after creating the paper, the Author clicks “Submit for Review” to send it to the Question Paper Reviewer.
Under Review: the Question Paper Reviewer checks the paper and either “Send Back to Draft” or “Mark Reviewed” to forward it.
Reviewed: once reviewed, the paper is sent to the Question Paper Approver, who clicks “Approve”.
Approved: after approval, the approver can “Create new version” for revisions or “Lock Paper” to freeze the paper.
Locked: once the question paper is locked, it cannot be modified by any user.
Sections list: sections created for a question paper (Section A, B, C, D) are displayed with allowed question type and marks.
