Install the module from Apps to start designing and printing product labels.

Grant Manager access under Product Label Studio to enable full control over label design and printing.

Select how products are used for label preview (demo or selected product) and choose a default product to visualize how your label design appears with real product data.

Select products from the list and use the Actions menu to generate and print customized labels with your chosen design and product information.

Design labels visually using a drag-and-drop editor with text, images, barcodes, QR codes, and dynamic fields, giving you full control over layout and styling.

Switch between light and dark modes for a comfortable design experience, allowing you to work efficiently in different lighting environments.

Use powerful design tools including elements panel, layers management, toolbar actions, canvas settings, text styling, colors, and precise position controls to build fully customized labels with real-time preview.

Describe the layout you want in the AI Label Design chat panel and it is applied directly to the canvas, with product fields, barcodes, QR codes, and images kept live and in place.

Insert dynamic product fields into labels by searching and selecting fields, including related data using "Go Inside", to display real-time product information automatically.

Generate barcodes in multiple formats (Auto, EAN-8, EAN-13, Code 128, DataMatrix, PDF417), auto-fetch product barcode data, and optionally display values below for easy scanning and readability.

Create fully customizable QR codes by combining static text and dynamic product fields, choose QR types, add logos or background images, and preview encoded data in real time before inserting into labels.

Manage paper formats and access all label templates from a centralized location, allowing easy configuration, updates, and reuse across different label designs.
