No. To ensure safety, the module uses a cloning/forking mechanism. You clone a default Odoo report, customize it in the visual builder, and set it as the active version. Your original standard template remains completely untouched.

Through integration
with the eb_ai_base module, it supports OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Google
Gemini, and offline local models via Ollama.

the Chromium PDF engine mandatory?
No, the Chromium
engine is completely optional. If it is not configured, the module gracefully falls back to
Odoo's native wkhtmltopdf engine.
